Can ChatGPT replace a Market Map for an agency roster?

No. ChatGPT will name competitors from whatever market you put in the prompt — including the wrong one. A Market Map is a persisted roster: which markets each client belongs in, who belongs in each, and what was ruled out. You still use ChatGPT to write. You do not use it as the map.

Ask ChatGPT who a client competes with and it answers confidently from the words you typed. Across a roster, those prompts drift. Two people get two markets. Nothing stays bounded.

The Market Map is the starting object per client: admitted markets, rival sets, what is measured now, what is watched, what was ruled out and why. Standing in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok is read against that map.

Start with your Market Map

Create your Market Map — $50. The markets buyers actually compare you in, who belongs in each, and which are worth measuring now. Any unused amount stays in your credit balance.
