Rankings & Standing
Compare your company with the rivals on a selected Market Map board. See where AI places you, with and without web search.
For PR, communications & marketing teams
Rankings & Standing is a measurement capability within Trendscoded’s Market Positioning Intelligence. Start with a defined board so the result refers to a specific competitive market.
Choose the market and its scope. The companies being compared should compete for the job that board defines.
Select the available model and whether it answers from existing knowledge or with web search. Keep that choice visible when interpreting the result.
See who ranks, where your company stands, and how the model answers. For Web results, inspect the cited sources.
Run both and compare
Compare answers to the same market questions, with and without web search. See who gets recommended—and where your client stands.
An honest look at your brand in the model’s existing knowledge: what it associates with you and whether it names you when buyers ask. No web search. This is recall.
See whom the model recommends after searching the web. Inspect the sources cited in its answer.
Same market. Same questions. Two views of your competitive position.
Compare the recommendations. Open the cited sources. Check the evidence.
Your company can lead on one board and trail on another. Interpret a ranking with its market, rivals, model, and evidence mode. A result from one scope does not establish your position in every market.
Use the board’s comparisons and associations to examine where your company is strong or missing. The result supports a positioning discussion: which rivals are ahead, which dimensions matter, and which claims deserve a closer look.
PR and marketing teams can use the same defined market to discuss the company and its rivals. Keep the model answer and available evidence alongside the result so the client can inspect the basis of the comparison.
No. Recall means the model answers from its existing knowledge without web search. It reveals what that model associates with a company and whom it names for the question; it does not measure a surveyed population.
Read the model’s response and inspect its cited sources. Those sources let you review the public material the model used for that answer, within the selected market and comparison.
A result records a particular measurement. The homepage examples are saved snapshots. Comparing results from different times requires actual measurements with a comparable scope; a Web-versus-Recall comparison alone does not show change over time.
